摘要
由于过量饮酒所引起的肝损伤和脑损伤的发病率近年来呈上升趋势,相关研究发现,酒精性肝损伤与脑损伤存在一定因果关系,可共同推进疾病发展进程,影响健康。明确酒精性肝损伤伴脑损伤的病因机制,并寻求有效的治疗方案是一项亟待攻克的医学难题。现代医学对于两病的治疗多停留在戒酒及改善相关症状方面。而在祖国医学辨证论治体系中,两病病因病机大致相关联,均由酒毒导致痰浊湿热积聚,终致阴液耗伤,气血亏虚等。在中医整体观念指导下清热利湿化浊,补肾滋阴填髓,疗效确切。中西医治疗优势各有千秋,与西医相较,中医以其多途径、多靶点、低副作用的优势取得了显著成效。该文整理、分析了近年来酒精性肝损伤伴脑损伤的中西医研究进展。
The incidence of liver injury and brain injury caused by excessive drinking has increased in recent years.Relevant research has found that there is a causal relationship between alcoholic liver injury and brain injury,which can jointly promote the development of disease and affect health.Determining the etiology of alcoholic liver injury with brain injury and seeking an effective treatment plan is a medical problem that needs to be overcome.Modern medicine has more to stop drinking and improve related symptoms for the treatment of both diseases.In the medical syndrome differentiation and treatment system of the motherland,the pathogenesis of the two diseases is roughly related,and all of them are caused by toxic and phlegm-heating accumulation caused by alcoholism,resulting in the loss of Yin and Qi and blood deficiency.Under the guidance of the overall concept of traditional Chinese medicine,clearing away heat and dampness and turbidity,and tonifying kidney and nourishing Yin and filling the marrow,the curative effect is exact.The advantages of Chinese and Western medicine have their own advantages.Compared with Western medicine,Chinese medicine has achieved remarkable results with its advantages of multiple pathways,multiple targets and low side effects.In this paper,the research progress of Chinese and Western medicine on alcoholic liver injury with brain injury in recent years is reviewed and analyzed.
