摘要
目的观察针刺联合膈下逐瘀汤加减方治疗气滞血瘀型输卵管炎性不孕症的临床效果。方法将100例患者随机分为观察组51例,给予针刺联合膈下逐瘀汤加减方口服,配合输卵管通液术治疗,对照组49例,给予针刺、输卵管通液术治疗。治疗周期为3个月,观察记录两组治疗前后中医症状、体征,输卵管造影显示输卵管通畅情况,比较两组疗效及治疗后1年内的宫内妊娠率。结果与对照组相比,观察组中医症状、体征明显减轻,积分降低,治疗总有效率、1年内宫内妊娠率均明显提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针药联合能够提高输卵管炎性不孕症的治疗效果,提高妊娠率,值得推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of oviduct inflammatory infertility of Qi stagnation and blood stasis.Methods 100 patients were collected and randomly divided into two groups:51 patients were in observation group,which was treated with fallopian tube infusion,acupuncture and Chinese medicine,while 49 cases were in control group,which was just treated with fallopian tube infusion and acupuncture.TCM syndromes,signs and tubal patency by hysterosalpingography(HSG)were recorded before and after treatment of 3 months,curative effects were compared between the two groups,and rates of intrauterine pregnancy within 1 year after treatment were observed.Results Compared with control group,TCM syndromes and signs in observation group were better improved,the effective rate and the pregnancy rate during 1 year in observation group were higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of acupuncture with Gexia Zhuyu Decoction and fallopian tube infusion have better curative effect on oviduct inflammatory infertility,which means the combination of these three parties could be a good way to treat this disease and help with pregnancy in clinic.
