摘要
阈下抑郁是介于健康人群及抑郁症之间的一种轻微的抑郁状态,西医并未视阈下抑郁为病,而中医将阈下抑郁归于"郁证"范畴,积极采取《黄帝内经》"治未病"的思想,运用脐针这一操作简便、绿色无痛、奇用奇效的特色针法,从易医理论及脐全息理论出发,结合探究阈下抑郁与心神、脑肠轴与腹脑、脾胃系统等密切的关联性,分析阈下抑郁人群最常见证型——肝郁脾虚型的病因病机,认为其与阳气不足或郁遏、心神失养、肝脾不和、心肾不交等密切相关,并针对其发病特点,在易医脐针后天八卦图的五行生克制化理论指导下,结合易医脐针思想的理论和优势,提出脐针干预肝郁脾虚型阈下抑郁人群的思路和方法,为后期研究提供理论与实践可行性的依据。
Subthreshold depression is between healthy people and depression state of a slight depression,Western medicine is not under the perspective of depression as a disease,and the subthreshold depression of doctor of traditional Chinese medicine to“depressive syndrome”category,actively adopt the huangdi neijing,the thought of“cure not ill”,put forward using the umbilical needle green painless,easy operation,with features of wonders stitch,from easy when it comes to medicine with umbilical holographic theory,combined with subthreshold depression and mind and ventral brain,spleen,brain gut axis system such as the close correlation,on the basis of an analysis of the unique subthreshold depression people most often witness type-change the type of etiology and pathogenesis,think that with the sun be the spirit is insufficient or depressive stem,don’t mind alongwith,liver and spleen,heart is closely related to the kidney don’t pay,and according to the characteristics of the onset of combining easily medical theory and advantage of umbilical needle thought,in the medical needle navel acquired eight diagrams of birth control theory under the guidance of the five elements,put forward the umbilical needle intervention change the idea and method of the subthreshold depression group,provide theoretical and practical feasibility basis for later study.
