摘要
因儿童尚处于生长发育阶段,具有与成人不同的生理发育特点和药物动力学特性,不同年龄的儿童对于药物的安全性阈值各不相同,中药经皮给药制剂能够随时停止给药,改善儿童用药安全性阈值不同等问题,因此在儿童中具有广泛应用。且与传统口服制剂相比,中药透皮贴剂能克服口服给药带来的肝脏首过消除、较难保持血药浓度等缺点,同时具有延长药物作用时间、减少给药次数等优势,应用于儿童能够显著性增加用药依从性,避免儿童用药超说明书现象的发生。近年来,中药透皮贴剂广泛应用于儿科临床疾病的治疗且疗效确切,其中治疗呼吸系统疾病占比超过50%,消化系统次之,主要应用于肺炎、腹泻、哮喘和厌食症等疾病的治疗。经过查阅文献,对近10年间中药透皮贴剂在儿科临床疾病治疗中的用药规律进行综述,为临床推广和研究提供理论依据。
On account of children are still in the stage of growth and development,and have different physiological development characteristics and pharmacokinetic characteristics from adults,children of different ages have different drug safety thresholds,and transdermal drug delivery preparations of traditional Chinese medicine can stop administration at any time,thus improving the problems of different drug safety thresholds for children,so they are widely used in children.Compared with traditional oral preparations,transdermal patch of traditional Chinese medicine can overcome the shortcomings such as elimination of the first pass of liver and difficulty in maintaining blood drug concentration caused by oral administration,and has the advantages of prolonging drug action time,reducing administration times,etc.When applied to children,it can significantly increase medication compliance and avoid the occurrence of over-specification phenomenon.In recent years,transdermal patches of traditional Chinese medicine have been widely used in the treatment of pediatric clinical diseases with definite curative effect,among which respiratory diseases account for more than 50%,followed by digestive system,mainly used in the treatment of pneumonia,diarrhea,asthma and anorexia.After consulting the literature,this paper summarized the medication rule of transdermal patches of traditional Chinese medicine in pediatric clinical disease treatment in recent 10 years,providing theoretical basis for clinical popularization and research.
