摘要
目的探讨人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)-E6/E7mRNA检测对宫颈癌术后患者预后的评估价值。方法选取2014年6月—2017年6月武汉市江夏区第一人民医院收治的宫颈癌术后患者160例,采用实时荧光定量聚合酶联反应法检测宫颈癌及其癌旁正常组织中HPV-E6/E7mRNA表达水平,分析HPV-E6/E7mRNA与患者预后的关系。结果宫颈癌组织中HPVE6/E7mRNA表达水平明显高于癌旁正常组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);宫颈癌组织中HPV-E6/E7mRNA表达水平与临床分期、分化程度、病理分级、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05);HPV-E6/E7mRNA高表达患者1年生存率明显低于HPV-E6/E7mRNA低表达患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Logistic回归分析结果显示,HPV-E6/E7mRNA高表达是宫颈癌术后患者生存预后的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论HPV-E6/E7mRNA与宫颈癌的发生发展有关,可作为评估宫颈癌术后预后水平的重要指标。
Objective To discuss the evaluation of human papilloma virus(HPV)-E6/E7 mRNA detection in the prognosis of postoperative patients with cervical cancer.Methods 160 postoperative patients with cervical cancer were selected from June 2014 to June 2017 in No.1 People’s Hospital,Jiangxia District of Wuhan.The real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction was used to detect the expression of HPV-E6/E7 mRNA in cervical cancer and normal tissues adjacent to cancer,the relationship between HPV-E6/E7 mRNA and the prognosis of the patients was analyzed.Results The expression level of HPV-E6/E7 mRNA in the cervical cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in the normal tissues adjacent to cancer and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression level of HPV-E6/E7 mRNA in cervical cancer tissues was related to the clinical stage,differentiation degree,pathological grade,and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).The one-year survival rate in the high expression of HPV-E6/E7 mRNA patients was significantly lower than that in the low expression and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Logistic regres-sion analysis showed that the high expression of HPV-E6/E7 mRNA was an independent risk factor for the survival prognosis of the postoperative patients with cervical cancer(P<0.05).Conclusion HPV-E6/E7 mRNA is related to the occurrence and development of cervical cancer,and it can be used as an important index in evaluating the prognosis of cervical cancer after operation.
