摘要
目的了解原发性肝癌患者社会支持、应对方式与生存质量之间的关系及应对方式在社会支持及生存质量之间的中介效应。方法采取便利抽样的方法调查132例符合纳入标准的原发性肝癌患者,采用一般资料调查问卷、社会支持量表、医学应对问卷和肝癌患者生存质量量表。结果原发性肝癌患者社会支持总分为(34.34±6.683)分、面对应对方式得分为(16.98±2.928)分、回避应对方式得分为(15.27±3.394)分、屈服应对方式得分为(9.42±3.636)分、生存质量得分(104.59±15.611)分。Pearson相关分析结果显示,社会支持与面对应对方式、生存质量呈正相关关系,与回避应对方式和屈服应对方式呈负相关关系;生存质量与面对应对方式呈正相关关系,与回避应对方式和屈服应对方式呈负相关关系;应对方式在社会支持和生存质量之间起部分中介效应,中介效应占总效应的23.76%。结论原发性肝癌患者生存质量与应对方式及社会支持相关,应对方式在社会支持和生存质量之间起部分中介效应。
Objective To investigate the relationship between social support,coping style and quality of life in patients with primary liver cancer and the mediating effect of coping style on social support and quality of life.Methods The convenience sampling method was adopted to investigate 132 patients with primary liver cancer who met the inclusion criteria by general information questionnaire,social support scale,medical response questionnaire and quality of life scale.Results The total score of social support for patients with primary liver cancer was(34.34±6.683),facing coping style(16.98±2.928),avoiding coping style(15.27±3.394),yielding coping style(9.42±3.636),and quality of life(104.59±15.611).Pearson correlation analysis showed that social support was positively correlated with the facing coping style and quality of life and negatively correlated with the avoiding coping style and yielding coping style.Quality of life was positively correlated with the facing coping style and negatively with avoiding coping styles and yielding coping style.Coping style had a mediating effect between social support and quality of life,and mediating effect accounted for 23.76%of the total effect.Conclusion The quality of life of patients with primary liver cancer was related to the coping style and social support and the coping style could mediate between social support and quality of life.
