摘要
农业强不强、农村美不美、农民富不富,决定着全面小康社会的成色和社会主义现代化的质量。本文通过分析泸州农业农村发展现状和农业农村现代化发展困境,提出泸州应以"乡村振兴战略"为抓手,发展农业产业,美化农村环境,增加农民收入,不断提高农业农村现代化水平,最终全面实现乡村振兴。
The success of the overall well-off society and the quality of socialist modernization are determined by the strength of agriculture,the beauty of the countryside and the wealth of the peasants.Based on the analysis of the present situation of Luzhou’s agricultural and the predicament of Luzhou’s agricultural and rural modernization development,this paper puts forward that Luzhou should take"the rural revitalization strategy"as the starting point,develop agricultural industry,beautify the rural environment,increase the incomes of peasants,continuously improve the level of agricultural and rural modernization,and ultimately realize the overall rural revitalization.
