哮喘患儿FeNO,25(OH)D与肺功能相关性研究

Correlation between FeNO, 25( OH) D and pulmonary function in children with asthma

摘要 目的探讨哮喘患儿呼出气一氧化氮、血清25(OH)D含量与肺功能的相关性。方法选取2018年6月~2019年6月来我院就诊的哮喘患儿(n=118,作为哮喘组),依据哮喘控制水平分级标准分为良好控制组(n=42)、部分控制组(n=37)及未控制组(n=39),同期选取来我院健康查体儿童(n=120,作为对照组)。对上述研究对象均进行FeNO水平、FEV1、PEF检测,并取空腹静脉血采用酶联免疫分析(ELISA)法测定血清中25(OH)D水平,分析不同控制水平哮喘患儿FeNO水平、25(OH)D与肺功能指标的相关性。结果哮喘患儿FeNO水平显著高于对照组,25(OH)D、FEV1、PEF水平均显著低于对照组,差异有显著性(P均<0.01),不同控制水平哮喘患儿FeNO、25(OH)D、FEV1、PEF相互比较差异有显著性(P<0.01),哮喘患儿FeNO与FEV1、PEF呈负相关,而25(OH)D与FEV1、PEF呈正相关。结论动态监测哮喘患儿FeNO、25(OH)D、PEF、FEV1对指导哮喘治疗和判断预后具有重要意义,规范补充维生素D可做为治疗哮喘的一种辅助手段。 Objective To explore the corelation between exhaled nitric oxide(FeNO),serum 25(OH)D content and lung function in children with asthma.Methods One hundred and eighteen asthmatic children admitted to our hospital from June 20 to June 2019 were enrolled as asthmatic group and divided into good control group(n=42)partial control group(n=37)and uncontrolled group(n=39)according to the asthma control level classification criteria,and one hundred and twenty healthy children were selected as control group.Fe-NO,FEV1,PEF were detected in all subjects.And the 25(OH)D were detected in control group by ELSA in order to analyze the correlation between FeNO level,25(OH)D level and pulmonary function in asthmatic children with different control levels.Results The level of FeNO in asthmatic children was significantly higher than that in the control group.The levels of 25(OH)D,FEV1,and PEF were significantly lower than those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),the differences in FeNO,25(OH)D,FEV1,and PEF among children with different control levels of asthma are statistically significant(P<0.01).The exhaled fecal FeNO in asthmatic children was negatively correlated with FEV1 and PEF,and 25(OH)D is positively correlated with FEV1 and PEF.Conclusion Monitoring the exhaled air FeNO,25(OH)D,PEF,and FEV1 in children with asthma dynamically is of great significance in guiding asthma prognosis and treatment.Regular vitamin D supplementation can be used as an auxiliary means to treat asthma.
