摘要
近年来,我国面临的国际国内政治经济形势发生了巨大变化,新一轮科技革命和产业变革迅猛推进,国际政治经济格局深度调整,保护主义、单边主义抬头,中美冲突加剧,国内各种矛盾凸显,这些问题和挑战给我国经济高质量发展带来了很大的不确定性。我们必须充分发挥超大规模市场优势,通过繁荣国内经济、畅通国内大循环为我国经济发展增添动力,逐步形成以国内大循环为主体、国内国际双循环相互促进的新发展格局,推动我国经济更加健康可持续发展。
In recent years,China’s international and domestic political and economic situation has undergone tremendous changes,with a new round of rapid scientific andtechnological revolution and industrial transformation,the deep adjustment of the international political and economic situation,the rise ofprotectionism and unilateralism,the intensified Sino-U.S.conflict,and various domestic contradictions coming to the fore.These problems andchallenges have brought great uncertainty to the high-quality development of China’s economy.We must give full play to the advantages of amega market,fuel China’s economic development through the prosperity of the domestic economy and the smooth flow of the domestic cycle,andpromote the healthy and sustainable development of China’s economy through the gradual growth of a new development pattern in which thedomestic cycle plays a leading role and the domestic and international cycles promote each other.
