摘要
“知识产权法”是全国高等学校法学专业的核心课程之一,在法学本科教育中占据重要的地位。“知识产权法”课程思政建设具有必要性和可行性,“知识产权法”课程天然就具备“思政”的属性,但是由于课程思政意识不足、教学内容思政元素融合程度低、思政“植入”方式刻板生硬、思政元素呈现形式单一等原因,导致“知识产权法”课程思政的建设效果不佳。把思想政治工作贯穿于“知识产权法”教育教学全过程,实现全程育人、全方位育人,是一项需要各相关方在各个环节全程通力合作的工程,在这项工程项目中,需要以习近平法治思想为基石,抓牢教师队伍“主力军”,守好课程建设“主战场”,畅通课堂教学“主渠道”,激活思政建设“保供队”。
“Intellectual property law”is one of the core courses of law major in colleges and universities in China,and occupies an important position in undergraduate law education.The ideological and political construction of“intellectual property law”course is necessary and feasible,and the“intellectual property law”course naturally has ideological and political attribute,however,due to the lack of ideological and political consciousness in the course,the low degree of integration of ideological and political elements in the teaching course,the rigid way of ideological and political“implantation”,and the single form of ideological and political elements,the ideological and political construction effect of“intellectual property law”course is not good.It is a project to run the ideological and political work through the whole process of“intellectual property law”education and teaching,so as to realize the whole process education and all-round education,which needs the full cooperation of all relevant parties in each round.In this project,it is necessary to take Xi Jinping's thought on socialism rule of law with Chinese characteristics in the new era as the cornerstone,grasp the“main force”of the teaching team,guard the“main battlefield”of curriculum construction,unblock the“main channel”of classroom teaching,and activate the“guarantee service team”of ideological and political construction.
