摘要
“信任是国际关系中最好的黏合剂。”音乐是世界各国人民沟通情感、增进互信的重要桥梁。本文以1972年中美签署《上海公报》以来的中美音乐交流为研究对象,以国家间信任建构为理论研究视角,概述两国音乐交流从恢复接触、深入合作到互学互鉴的50年历程,分析音乐交流辅助中美信任生成、发展和修复的过程与机制。尽管中美之间长期缺乏深层战略互信,兼具深度和广度的多元音乐交流促进了两国人民的情感信任和文明互鉴,在建构中美国家间信任的过程中发挥难以替代的协调、稳定与补偿作用。面临中美关系变局和全球疫情的双重挑战,音乐交流的持续与发展有利于守住中美人文交流的下限,协力增加中美合作和互信的空间。
"Trust is the best bond in international relations."Music is an important bridge for people all over the world to communicate emotions and enhance mutual trust.Taking the construction of trust between countries as the theoretical perspective,the article analyzes the process and mechanism of the generation,development and restoration of China-U.S.trust aided by 50 years of Sino-U.S.musical exchange,which is from the restoration of contact,indepth cooperation to mutual learning,after the signing of"the Shanghai Communique"in 1972.Although there has been a long-term lack of strategic mutual trust between two countries,the in-depth and wide-ranging musical exchange has promoted the emotional trust and mutual learning of civilizations between two peoples which plays an irreplaceable role in the process of building China-U.S.trust by enhancing coordination and stabilization,also making compensation.Facing the dual challenges of changing Sino-U.S.relations and the global epidemic,the continuation and development of musical exchange is helpful for keeping Sino-U.S.people-to-people and cultural exchanges and enhancing the cooperation and mutual trust between the two countries.
