摘要
本文从低能见度天气对飞行基本状态的影响、空中领航的影响、飞行员情景意识的影响、飞行员负荷的影响、飞行员决策的影响、导航设备使用的影响几个方面进行了分析,据此提出以下应对措施:(1)强化飞行员的自我学习和训练;(2)强化飞行前的地面准备;(3)强化空中偶遇低能见度天气的应对措施;(4)强化管制员对低能见度天气的应对措施;(5)强化运营单位对低能见度天气的应对措施,以期降低低能见度天气对飞行的影响,保证飞行安全。
This paper analyzes the effects of low visibility weather on basic flight status,air navigation,pilots’situational awareness,pilots’workload,pilots’decision making and navigation equipment use and puts forward the following countermeasures:(1)strengthen pilots'self-learning and training;(2)strengthen ground preparation before flight;(3)strengthen countermeasures against low-visibility in the air;(4)enhance controllers'response to low-visibility weather;(5)strengthen operational units'response to low-visibility weather,so as to reduce the impact of low-visibility weather on the flight and ensure flight safety.
