摘要
基于新的经济常态下,煤炭行业产业升级的需要,阐述了建设安全、绿色、智能、高效的新型矿山是未来矿井设计研发建设的主流方向,以及行业对设计建设质量和科研的实用性逐步有了更高的要求,结合行业内设计、研究、工程建设的现状,提出了煤炭建设行业"两院融合、三位一体"发展模式,进一步论述了该模式的广义和狭义的内涵以及对企业转型发展、行业产业升级和国家能源改革的重要意义。通过中煤能源研究院和中煤西安设计公司的融合发展为例,具体分析了"两院融合、三位一体"发展模式对提高设计质量,促进科研成果转化,开拓市场,推动两院转型发展的积极作用。
Based on the need of coal industrial upgrading in the new economy norm,we expounded that,the construction of safe,green,intelligent and efficient new-style coal mine is the trend of coal mine design,as the industry is gradually raising the standards in both design-construction quality and the practicability of scientific research.Combining with the present situation of the design,research and engineering construction,we proposed the development mode of research-design institute integration with the trinity of researching,designing and construction business,then discussed the connotation of the mode in broad and narrow sense,as well as its great significance for the transformation development of enterprises,industrial upgrading and national energy reform.Based on the integration example of Chinacoal Energy Research Institute and Chinacoal Xi’an Design Engineering Company,we analyzed the auxo-action of the mode for design quality improvement,research achievement transformation,market expanding and transformation development of the research institute and design institute.
