回撤通道防冲断顶爆破设计方案优化及应用 被引量:3

Design optimization of roof-cutting blasting scheme in withdrawal channel for rockburst prevention

摘要 针对纳林河二号矿井回撤通道防冲断顶爆破设计方案存在的问题,从应力阻断和正面保护回撤通道的角度出发,对断顶爆破设计方案进行设计、优化,并分析、验证“高+低位”爆破具有两个方面明显的技术优势;爆破致裂破碎方面,“高+低位”串联一次起爆,震动应力波叠加,增强了爆破区域的致裂、块体破碎作用,爆破影响区域炮孔应力变化梯度降低37.5%~40%,增强了阻断高应力传递的功能,避免采动应力与煤柱集中应力冲击灾害力源的叠加问题;爆破尺度方面,消除了影响工作面冲击显现的近距离岩层(10倍采高)范围内的应力传递路径,避免了卸压盲区,实现全层位的阻断,对主回撤通道形成正面保护作用。 In order to optimize the design scheme roof-cutting blasting to prevent rockburst in the withdrawal channel of Nalinhe No.2 Mine,from the perspective of stress blocking and positive protection of the withdrawal channel,the technical advantages of high-and-low scheme is analyzed and verified.The result shows that,firstly,in terms of blasting-induced cracking,the high-and-low sequence one-time blasting and the superposition of vibration stress waves enhances the cracking and block crushing effect in the blasting area,reduces the change gradient of blast hole stress in the blasting affected area by 37.5%~40%,enhances the function of blocking high stress transmission,and avoids the superposition of rockburst force sources including mining stress and coal pillar concentrated stress;secondly,in terms of blasting scale,the stress transmission path is eliminated within the range of short-range rock stratum(10 times mining height)affecting the rockburst behavior of the working face,the pressure relief blind area is avoided for whole layer blocking,and a positive protective effect is formed on the main withdrawal channel.
