摘要
为了不断改善煤炭企业采煤工作面作业环境,减少职业病危害,降低职业病发病率,保障作业人员的身体健康和人身安全,在分析近年来我国煤炭行业职业病发病情况及职业卫生管理部门变化的基础上,基于各类防治技术的原理,结合采煤工作面职业病危害因素的产生和分布规律,通过综合运用净化风流、优化设备启动流程、四路联动降除尘、架间导矸槽、超限自动预警、自移式全断面防尘滤网、正压式全封闭头盔、远程封闭操作室、有源消声、过滤噪声等多种技术和设施,从源头控制、过程消除、终端管控三个维度将粉尘和噪声危害降低至煤矿安全规程限定值内,从而改善作业环境,降低职业病发病率,最大化保障作业人员整个职业生涯的健康,助力煤炭企业实现可持续发展。
In order to continuously improve the working environment of coal mining face of coal enterprises,reduce occupational disease hazards and the incidence of occupational diseases,and ensure the physical health and personal safety of operators,the incidence of occupational diseases in China’s coal industry and the changes in occupational health management departments in recent years are analyzed.Based on the principle of various prevention and control technologies,combining with the generation and distribution of occupational disease hazard factors in the coal mining face,purification air flow,optimization of equipment start-up process,four-way linkage dust reduction,inter-frame guide groove,automatic warning of overrun,self-moving full-section dust-proof filter,positive pressure fully enclosed helmet,remote closed operation room,active sound reduction,noise filtering and other technologies and facilities are used comprehensively,to reduce dust and noise hazards to the limit value of coal mine safety regulations and improve the working environment,reduce the incidence of occupational diseases,maximize the health of operators throughout their careers,and help coal enterprises achieve sustainable development from the source control,process elimination,terminal control.
