摘要
大学生心理健康教育课程是提升大学生心理健康水平和主观幸福感的现实途径,也是高校思想政治工作的重要组成部分,但由于在教学实践中存在教学目标和形式单一、教学内容实操性不足、教师与学生的心理联结感薄弱等问题,学生的获得感仍显欠缺。萨提亚模式作为一种以体验性和正向导向为特色的心理治疗模式,在助人和教学过程中具有双重优势,运用其助人目标、理论和方法对大学生心理健康教育的课程教学进行重构,有助于打造出流动的、丰富的、延展的、希望的课堂。
College students’mental health education curriculum is a practical way to improve their mental health and subjective well-being,and is also an important part of ideological and political work in colleges and universities.However,due to the problems existing in teaching practice,such as single teaching objective and monotonous form,insufficient practicality of teaching content,weak psychological connection between teachers and students,students’sense of acquisition is still lacking.Satir model,as a psychotherapy model characterized by experience and positive guidance,has dual advantages in helping people and teaching process.It is helpful to reconstruct a flowing,rich,extended and hopeful class by the reconstruction of the course teaching of mental health education using the goals,theories and methods of helping students.
