摘要
随着开展综合评价录取试点规模的扩大,在新高考背景下的综合评价录取中的公平问题需要引起关注。根据对上海市部分中学教师和高校学生进行访谈和问卷调查发现,综合评价录取存在的公平性问题主要表现为以下方面:一是综合评价体系自身尚存公平性隐患;二是高校录取方式存在公平风险;三是录取结果无法达到差异性公平。造成这些问题的原因是高校招生信息和招生过程不够公开透明,各高中学校对综合评价录取的差异化竞争策略,综合评价录取招生程序的专业性和科学性有待提高等。因此,可以从高校、高中学校以及招生工作人员的专业性等方面进行改进。
With the expansion of the pilot-scale of university comprehensive assessment admission,the issue of fairness in university comprehensive admission under the background of the new college entrance examination deserves concern.According to interviews and questionnaire surveys with some middle school teachers and college students in Shanghai,fairness problems in university comprehensive assessment admission are mainly manifested in the following aspects:firstly,the system of comprehensive evaluation has fairness problems;secondly,there are equity risks in college admission methods;thirdly,the result of admission cannot reach the differentiated equity.The reasons for these problems are:1)enrollment information and enrollment process of colleges are not open and transparent;2)high schools have their own strategy for university comprehensive assessment admission;and,3)the professionalism and science of the enrollment process of university comprehensive assessment admission needs to be improved.Therefore,it is imperative for high schools,universities and admission officers to improve their professionalism.
