摘要
在地化是地方本科高校实现特色发展、转型发展、高质量发展的内在要求。以Q学院为个案,通过访谈和文本分析发现:地方本科高校存在办学定位的在地和办学实践的脱域之间的矛盾,其中办学定位、教师的岗位类别、职称等级、学科背景和个人特质影响其在地化的态度与行动。这种状况说明地方本科高校在地化的效果是办学资源、办学理念、利益获得、地方需要和个人特质共同作用的结果。为此,建议通过丰富办学资源、统一办学思想、完善制度设计、对接地方需求和增强教师归属感以提高地方本科高校在地化的效果。
Localization is the inherent requirement of realizing characteristic development,transformation development and high-quality development in local colleges.Taking Q College as a case,through interviews and text analysis,it is found that there is a contradiction between the localization of school-running orientation and the practice of running a school in local colleges,among others,the school-running orientation,the category of teachers’posts,the grade of professional titles,the subject background and personal characteristics affect their attitude and action of localization.This situation indicates that the effect of localization of local colleges is the result of the joint action of school-running resources and philosophy,benefit acquisition,local needs and personal characteristics.Therefore,it is suggested to improve the effect of localization of local colleges by enriching school-running resources,unifying school-running ideas,perfecting system design,meeting local needs and enhancing teachers’sense of belonging.
