摘要
中青年教师是高校教师队伍的中坚力量,其队伍建设是促进国家"双一流"战略发展的核心要素,是提升高校可持续发展和核心竞争力的重中之重。通过分析高校中青年教师队伍的现状与困境,并从高层次人才引进、人才队伍培养、人才评价与管理等方面,探讨了中青年人才队伍建设的有效途径,以期为"双一流"背景下高校中青年教师队伍建设提供借鉴。
Young and middle-aged teachers are the backbone power of college teachers whose team construction is the core element to promote the development of the national"Double First-class"strategy,and the top priority to enhance the sustainable development and core competitiveness of colleges and universities.This paper analyzes the current situation and predicament of the construction of young and middle-aged teacher team,and discusses the effective ways to build young and middle-aged teachers from the aspects of high-level talent introduction,talent team training,talent evaluation and management mechanism This process provides reference for the construction of young and middle-aged teachers in colleges and universities under the background of"Double Firstclass"strategy.
