基于RBF神经网络的资源型城市系统协同演进——以临汾市为例

摘要 以山西省临汾市作为研究对象,运用协同理论和RBF神经网络对临汾市生态经济系统进行研究。实证结果表明:2008—2019年,临汾市经济系统得到长足发展,生态经济协同发展水平不高,生态系统成为制约临汾市复合系统协同发展的主要因素;RBF神经网络对于城市复合系统协同状态的拟合程度较高,可应用于资源型城市;从研究结果来看,临汾市生态系统落后于经济系统,致使复合系统协同度下滑。因此,需在保障经济平稳运行的基础上,改善生态环境以促进临汾市生态经济系统协同发展。 Taking Linfen City of Shanxi Province as the research object,the collaborative economic theory and RBF neural network are used to study the ecological and economic system of Linfen City.The empirical results show that:from 2008 to 2019,Linfen City’s economic system has made great progress,and the level of coordinated development of the ecological economy is not high.The ecosystem has become the main factor restricting the coordinated development of the Linfen composite system,and the RBF neural network has a high degree of fitting to the coordinated state of the urban composite system and can be applied to resource-based cities.From the research results,the ecosystem of Linfen City lags behind the economic system,resulting in a decline in the coordination of the composite system.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the ecological environment on the basis of ensuring the stable operation of the economy to promote the coordinated development of Linfen’s eco-economic system.
