摘要
阐述国有资本投资公司改革政策背景和改革现状,分析了国有资本投资公司的三大作用,通过对河南能源化工集团国有资本投资公司改革工作的案例分析,提出我国煤炭行业国有资本投资公司的改革思路,以期为煤炭行业国有资本投资公司改革工作提供有效的理论支撑和指导工作实践。
the reform policy background and status of state-owned capital investment companies were explained,and the three major functions of state-owned capital investment companies.Were analyzed.Through the case analysis of the state-owned capital investment company reform of Henan Energy and Chemical Group,the reform ideas of the state-owned capital investment company of China’s coal industry are put forward in order to provide effective theoretical support and guidance for the reform of state-owned capital investment company of the coal industry.
