摘要
互联网时代的社会维系与自我确认是通过符号来完成的,对符号的创造性使用是这个时代最具个性的特征之一。人类历史上每一次信息传播方式的变革都能导致巨大的社会变迁。变迁的社会意义不仅仅在于所传递出的信息内容,更是象征并定义了信息的传播速度与语境,甚至是对社会意识形态的再现。社交媒体时代的信息选择“窄化”了元语言,从某种程度上来说阻碍了个人对社会的真正的认知。算法被引入到大众传媒后引发的行业变革在社会上产生了“多米诺”效应,影响人们对社会环境的判定。
Social maintenance and self-verification in the Internet era are accomplished through symbols,and the creative use of symbols is one of the most distinctive features of this era.In human history,every change in the way of information transmission can lead to great social changes.The social significance of changes is not only the content of information transmitted,but also the symbol and definition of the speed and context of information transmission,and even the reproduction of social ideology.Information selection in the age of social media has“narrowed”the meta-language,which,to some extent,hinders individuals’real cognition of society.When the algorithm was introduced into the mass media,the industrial changes triggered by the algorithm produced a“domino”effect in the society,affecting people’s judgment of the social environment.
