摘要
目的:探讨综合护理干预方法对视网膜脱离患者术前焦虑抑郁状态的干预效果。方法:将80例视网膜脱离患者根据数字表法分常规护理组和综合护理组。常规护理组采用常规护理干预方法,综合护理组采用综合护理干预方法。比较干预前后患者焦虑抑郁状态。结果:综合护理组护理满意度高于常规护理组,P<0.05;综合护理组手术成功率高于常规护理组,P<0.05;术前综合护理组焦虑抑郁状态轻于常规护理组,P<0.05。结论:综合护理对视网膜脱离患者术前焦虑抑郁改善效果确切。
Objective: To investigate the intervention effect of comprehensive nursing intervention methods from patients with preoperative anxiety and depression on the retina. Methods: 80 cases of retinal detachment were randomly divided according to routine nursing group and intervention group. The routine nursing group received the routine nursing intervention, comprehensive nursing group received comprehensive nursing intervention. Compare depression the state anxiety of the patients before and after intervention.Results: comprehensive nursing satisfaction of nursing group is higher than that of the conventional nursing group,P <0.05;comprehensive nursing group operation success rate is higher than that of the conventional nursing group, P<0.05;preoperative comprehensive nursing group anxiety depression than conventional nursing group,P<0.05. conclusion: the comprehensive nursing care on the patients with retinal detachment surgery the anxiety and depression improvement effect.
