摘要
目的胶原肽(collagen peptides,CP)混合物作为骨健康补品,在骨质疏松症的预防和治疗中发挥着一定的作用,通过临床数据分析明确药物的治疗效果,为药物治疗骨关节炎开辟新思路和新途径。方法进行大规模的试验人群排查,挑选符合试验条件的病例,共计80例,分为2组,每组40例,每组除试验入选的30例外,另外10例作为候补病例。试验组和对照组分别给予胶原蛋白肽和吲哚美辛治疗。采用JOA膝性骨关节炎治疗效果判定标准和中医病症疗效标准进行评估,分别在治疗前及治疗后4周、12周对患者用JOA评定标准和中医病症疗效标准进行评估。结果治疗后4周和12周,试验组JOA评分的总有效率分别为62.50%和80.00%,高于对照组的38.46%和57.50%(P<0.05);治疗后4周和12周,试验组中医病症疗效的总有效率分别为75.00%和60.00%,高于对照组的33.33%和43.59%(P<0.001)。结论口服胶原蛋白肽治疗膝骨性关节炎,疗效显著,在治疗后4周,治疗后12周的总有效率及总治愈率明显高于口服吲哚美辛治疗膝骨性关节炎,取得了较满意的临床疗效。
Objective:collagen peptide(CP)mixture as bone health supplements,in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis plays a certain role,clear the therapeutic effect of drugs,through the analysis of the clinical data for drug treatment for osteoarthritis opened up new ideas and new ways.Methods:a large scale trial population was conducted to select 80 cases that met the experimental conditions,and they were divided into 2 groups,40 cases in each group,30 exceptions in each group and 10 cases as backup cases.The test group and the control group were treated with collagen peptide and indomethacin,respectively.The patients were evaluated using JOA knee osteoarthritis treatment efficacy criteria and TCM disease efficacy criteria before and after treatment for 4 and 12 weeks respectively.Results:at 4 and 12 weeks after treatment,the total effective rate of JOA score in the experimental group was 62.50%and 80.00%,respectively,higher than 38.46%and 57.50%in the control group(P<0.05).At 4 and 12 weeks after treatment,the total effective rate of TCM symptoms in the experimental group was 75.00%and 60.00%,respectively,higher than 33.33%and 43.59%in the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:Oral collagen peptide is effective in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.At 4 weeks after treatment,the total effective rate and total cure rate at 12 weeks after treatment were significantly higher than that of oral indomethacin for knee osteoarthritis,and satisfactory clinical results were obtained.
