摘要
通过对552名高职院校学生进行问卷抽样调查,分析了职业技能培养与学生职业适应性的关系,并检验教师激励对二者之间关系的影响。结果表明:不同性别、专业、年级的学生在职业适应性方面存在显著差异。职业技能培养对学生职业适应性影响显著;教师激励对学生职业适应性影响显著;教师激励对学生职业技能培养与职业适应性之间的关系具有显著的调节作用。因此,需重视职业技能培养过程中教师激励的积极作用及学生性别、年级、专业的差异化。
The paper analyzes the relationship between the professional skills training and students’career adaptability based on the sampling questionnaire survey of 552 students in higher vocational colleges,and examines the influence of teacher incentive on the relationship between them.The results show that there are significant differences in career adaptability among students of different genders,majors and grades.Professional skills training have a significant impact on students’career adaptability.A teacher’s motivation has a significant influence on students’career adaptability;it also has a significant moderating effect on the relationship between professional skills training and vocational adaptability of students.
