摘要
教师发展需要回归教师之本真性,让教师成为真正的教师,使教师配得上成为一个教师。本真性是教师独特的真实性,是教师成为教师的一种共通性与内在性品性,是教师理性反思认同的类属性典范特质。思索教师之本真性要求超越工程主义、工具主义和技能崇拜的思维方式,探源教师的本源性形象,思忖教育实践之特质。构建本真性追求的路径,教师需要养成一种"教师性"的自识,坚守德性优先之原则,反思教师之反思,以及彰显教师存在之意义。
Teachers’development should come back to teacher authenticity,which makes a teacher become a real teacher,be worthy of a teacher,regain his or her charm,show teachers’authentic existence.Seeking authenticity is that teachers’developing has to focus on a teacher oneself,go beyond such as engineering thinking,instrumentalism and worship of teacher’s skills,think over the original images of a real teacher,explore the nature of educational practices.Re-enchanting the authenticity of a teacher means that a teacher needs a self consciousness of teacher’s nature or essence,adhere to virtues of a teacher,re-shape teacher’s reflection and display the meaning of who a teacher is.
