摘要
针对目前山药在机械收获过程中存在高破损率等问题,研究了细毛山药的应力、应变关系和山药的抗断裂能力,为后续提升并改善收获机中各部件的空间布局、输送机构的结构等提供依据。通过利用开发的用于测试根茎类材料的夹具,利用电子万能试验机对山药根茎进行拉伸、压缩和弯曲试验。研究结果如下:细毛山药根茎的抗拉强度平均值为0.415 MPa,标准差为0.132MPa;抗压强度平均值为2.328MPa,标准差为0.774MPa;抗弯强度平均值为4.723MPa,标准差为1.172MPa。试验表明:相对其他性能,山药根茎的抗拉性能较差,因此在设计山药输送机构时应避免山药受轴向力的作用。上述数据为山药收获机械的输送机构设计提供了重要的理论基础。
In view of the problems of high damage rate in the mechanical harvesting process of Chinese yam,this paper will study the stress and strain relationship of Chinese yam and the fracture resistance of Chinese yam,so as to provide a basis for the follow-up improvement and improvement of the spatial layout of various parts of the harvester,as well as the structure of the conveying mechanism.The electronic universal testing machine was used to stretch,compress and bend the rhizome of Chinese yam.The results were as follows:the average tensile strength and standard deviation of rhizome were 0.415 MPa and 0.132 MPa,respectively.The mean compressive strength was 2.328 MPa and the standard deviation was 0.774 MPa.The mean bending strength was 4.723 MPa and the standard deviation was 1.172 MPa.The results showed that the rhizome of Chinese yam had poor tensile strength compared with other properties,so the action of axial force on Chinese yam should be avoided when designing the conveying mechanism of Chinese yam.It provides an important theoretical basis for the design of Chinese yam conveying mechanism.
