摘要
伟大历史主动精神是党的十九届六中全会提出的全新命题,它的生成是理论基础、文化基因与历史逻辑的辩证统一。从基本意蕴而言,历史主动精神体现为遵循历史发展规律的科学精神、以高远历史使命为己任的担当精神、科学谋划及开拓创新的进取精神、刚健自强及不惧艰难的斗争精神。在新赶考之路上继承和发扬伟大历史主动精神,要加强党的建设、筑牢政治基础,坚持马克思主义的指导、推进理论创新,坚持以人民为中心、凝聚价值共识,加强党史学习教育、厚植历史根基。
The Great Historical Initiative Spirit is a new proposition put forward by the sixth plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee.Its formation is the dialectical unity of theoretical basis,cultural gene and historical logic.As for the basic meaning,the spirit of historical initiative is embodied in the scientific spirit of following the law of historical development,the spirit of undertaking lofty historical mission,the enterprising spirit of scientific planning and pioneering innovation,and the spirit of vigorous self-improvement and fighting without fear of difficulties.To carry forward the spirit of historical initiative on the road to the new examination,we should strengthen the Party’s self-improvement to build a solid political foundation,adhere to the guidance of Marxism to promote theoretical innovation,adhere to the people-centered approach to build consensus on values,and strengthen the education of learning Party history to keep the historical foundation.
