摘要 为了分析2017年8月3日通辽地区中南部暴雨、大暴雨,局地破历史极值降水过程的影响因素以及形成原因,文章利用常规气象资料、云图、雷达、自动气象站数据等对本次强降水天气过程进行分析,结论表明:除了有利的大尺度环流、有利的层结条件、较长的持续时间、高低空急流的耦合、低层的暖湿切变线、强烈的上升运动及云图上的中尺度对流云团、雷达图上的低空急流和风向辐合区等特征、地形抬升等因素外,台风的远距离影响提供的异常充沛的水汽条件是激发此次灾害天气的关键因素。这些特征、因素能够为今后的降水预报提供参考依据,对暴雨、大暴雨甚至极端性的降水预报准确率的提高起至关重要的作用。 In order to study the influence factors and formation reasons of rainstorm,heavy rain and local breaking historical extreme value precipitation process in Tongliao area on August 3,2017,conventional meteorological data,cloud map,radar,automatic station data and so on were used to analyze the heavy precipitation weather process.The results show that in addition to favorable large-scale circulation,favorable stratification conditions,long duration,coupling of high and low air jet flow,low level warm and wet shear line,strong rising motion and mesoscale convective cloud cluster on the cloud map,the low level jet current and the wind direction convergence area on the radar image,the topographic uplift and other factors,the anomalous moisture condition provided by the long distance influence of typhoon is the key factor to stimulate the disaster weather.These characteristics can provide reference basis for future large-scale precipitation forecast,and play an important role in improving the forecast accuracy of rainstorm,heavy rain and even extreme precipitation forecast.
