摘要
利用2017—2020年因天气原因造成的内蒙古广播电视发射台站停播资料,统计分析高影响天气特征及停播事件的时空分布。结果表明:易造成广播电视台站停播事件的主要高影响天气包括大风、沙尘、积雪、极寒、降水和雷暴,其中雷暴造成的停播次数最多,大风造成的停播时间最长;停播事件主要发生在中东部地区,其中锡林郭勒盟发生停播次数最多、停播时间最长;内蒙古中部偏东和东部偏南地区停播主要由大风、沙尘和降水高影响天气影响造成,积雪和极寒天气影响中部偏东及以东地区,雷暴天气则对全区大部地区有影响;灾害性天气或一般性影响天气均可能会对发射台站造成不同程度影响,短期内高频次叠加或瞬时大风、持续时间长的小量级降水或短时强降水以及伴随雷电活动天气对广播电视发射台站天线、线路等设备的影响严重。
Based on the specific data of radio and television program suspension in Inner Mongolia caused by weather from 2017 to 2020,the spatial and temporal distribution of high impact weather characteristics and shutdown events were analyzed.The results showed that:The main high impact weather was easy to cause the shutdown events of radio and television stations includes strong wind,snow,extreme cold,rain and thunderstorms,and thunderstorms caused the most times of suspension,the strong wind caused the longest suspension time.The suspension mainly occurred in the central and eastern regions,among which XilinGol had the most suspension times and the longest suspension time;The suspension in the east and southern east is mainly caused by the high impact of high-impact weather such as strong wind,dust and rainfall,snow cover and extremely cold weather affected east central and east regions,and thunderstorms affected most regions.Both high-impact weather and general weather affected the launch station to varying degrees,High frequency in the short term or instantaneous high grade wind,long time small magnitude precipitation or short time heavy precipitation,and mostly accompanied by frequent lightning activities were the main factors that affected antenna,lines and other equipment.
