敷缆连续油管无杆采油试验及分析 被引量:1

摘要 针对电潜式无杆泵作业需将电缆与油管捆绑操作,具有作业工作量大,电缆易发生磕碰损坏隐患,所以,优选敷缆连续油管与新型电潜螺杆泵进行组合,连续油管内壁敷设动力电源、信号传输及加热三种电缆,避免了施工捆绑电缆工序,有效减少工人劳动量。新型电潜螺杆泵采用交流永磁同步电机,不用减速器,减少机械易损点。泵下连接多参数测试装置,实时监测井下泵工况。现场试验一口井,基本实现采油系统智能控制、节能降耗的目的。 When doing ESP operation,cables and oil pipe should be bundled,which has large workload and the cable is prone to bump damage.Therefore,optimizing combination of inner cable of coiled tubing with new ESP,embedding power supply for coiled tubing,transmitting signals and heating three kinds of cables can avoid the construction of bundled cable processes and reduce the labor of workers effectively.New ESP adopts submersible permanent magnetic synchronous motor,which doesn’t need a reducer to reduce mechanical damage points.A multi-parameter test device is connected under the pump to monitor the downhole pump operating conditions in real-time.By means of testing a well,basically achieve the purpose of intelligent control of the oil production system as well as energy saving and consumption reduction.
