摘要
本文对一在役球形储罐制定了较为高效、准确、实用的无损检测方案。方案实施后的结果表明:通过外观及近表面检测,被测球罐的外观与厚度未见明显异常;TOFD检测出超标埋藏缺陷,通过X射线探伤进一步验证分析,确定缺陷性质及尺寸参数。最后,采用《在用含缺陷压力容器安全评定》中常规评定方法对该球罐进行安全评定,评定结论是:埋藏缺陷评定点在失效评定图的安全区域内,该缺陷不影响球罐的安全使用。
This paper has developed a more efficient,accurate and practical non-destructive testing program for an in-service spherical tank.The results after the implementation of the scheme show that through the appearance and near-surface inspection,the appearance and thickness of the measured spherical tanks are not obviously abnormal;TOFD detects the excessive buried defects,further verifying and analyzing by X-ray flaw detection,and determining the defect properties and dimensional parameters.Finally,the safety assessment of the spherical tank is carried out by the conventional evaluation method in the Safety Assessment of Pressure Vessels Containing Defects.The conclusion is that the burial defect assessment point is in the safety area of the failure assessment diagram,and the defect does not affect the safety of the spherical tank.
