摘要
JY194-4HF井是部署在四川盆地东南缘的一口页岩气水平井,钻遇地层具有裂隙缝洞发育、浅层气活跃以及可钻性差等特点,钻井过程中面临易漏失、浅层气溢流及机械钻速低等难题。实际施工过程中通过优化井身结构、优选高效钻头和旋转导向提速工具、优化钻具组合以及应用防漏堵漏工艺等技术措施,实现了安全、快速钻进。实践表明,JY194-4HF井钻井周期相比邻井缩短了22.35%,机械钻速提高了29.67%,其中三开单趟钻进尺达到2,526m,实现三开"一趟钻",创造中石化页岩气水平井单趟进尺最长记录。该井实钻过程中所采用的钻井关键能够为该区块页岩气大规模勘探开发提供一定的参考和借鉴意义。
Well JY194-4 HF is a horizontal shale gas well deployed in the southeastern margin of the Sichuan Basin.The formation encountered fractures and fissures,active shallow gas,and poor drillability.It faced easy leakage and shallow gas overflow during drilling.Flow and low ROP.During actual construetion,technical measures such as optimizing the well structure,optimizing high-efficiency drill bits and rotary-guided speed-up tools,optimizing the combination of drilling tools,and applying the leak-proof and plug-in technology were used to achieve safe and fast drilling of the well.Practice shows that the drilling cycle of well JY194-4 HF is shortened by 22.35%and the drilling speed is increased by 29.67%compared with the adjacent well.Among them,the three-pass single-pass drilling diameter reaches2526 m,and the three-pass"one-pass drilling"is achieved to create Sinopec shale gas water Hirai’s longest single-foot footage.The key drilling used in the actual drilling of this well can provide some reference and reference for large-scale exploration and development of shale gas in this block.
