摘要
目前青光眼位列世界范围内致盲性疾病前三位,严重威胁人们的生存质量。公认的主要危险因素是病理性眼压升高,致使营养物质无法进行正常输送,造成局部组织及视网膜缺血缺氧,各类细胞器水肿、变性,导致视神经在各种不利因素下进行性萎缩,视野逐渐缺损甚至失明。目前主要治疗方法是药物和手术。现根据国内外相关文献资料,对青光眼药物治疗和手术前后的药物辅助治疗进行总结和综述。
At present,glaucoma is the top three of the world’s blinding disease.This kind of pathema seriously threatens the quality of life.The main risk factors of glaucoma are recognized as pathological intraocular hypertension.This directly leading to some troublesome issues like the eye will not be able to transfer nutrients to the nerve cells and part of the tissue in the eye along with the retina will be confronted with problems such as ischemia and hypoxia.Another problem is when there is not enough blood supply,several kinds of cell crgan will in a status of edema and even necrosis eventually.The optic nerve will progressively atrophy under all the reasons we have been talked above.The following step of glaucoma will be the damage of the visual field and blindness if the situation has not been seriously considered.Currently,the primary treatment of glaucoma in clinical is surgical intervention and medicine.Operations can ease the suffer that patients go through effectively,however,there will be some inevitable postoperative complications we have to deal with.Therefore,we still be likely to choose medicine to treat this disease in many circumstances.So in cases that are not emergency,using drugs can also lower the intra ocular presser(IOP)and improve the local microcirculation as the operations does.Now we have varieties of medicine which has been put into use,including traditional Chinese medicine,western medicine and drugs related to gene therapy.The directions of how to use them are varied as well.Some is more efficient during the day,some during the night.Combining two different drugs together is also an advisable solution.Sometimes after a surgery we intend to prescribe medicine to the patient in order to help them recover soon.Most of the drugs used in glaucoma have been proved their function of lower the IOP and protect the nerve cells.We should take advantage of these methods and make the untoward effect as lower as we can.I gathered some statistics from both here and abroad to make a summary on the treatment of glaucoma and adjuvant treatment of glaucoma before and after surgery.
