摘要
目的:研究在手术室护理管理中采取质量控制小组管理模式的临床应用价值以及运用效果。方法:对照组数据来源2016-01~2017-01期间本院未开展质量控制小组管理模式下的50例手术室患者以及10名护理人员,实验组数据来源2017-01~2018-01期间本院开展质量控制小组管理模式下的50例手术室患者以及10名护理人员,参比且分析研究对照组和实验组的不良事件发生概率以及手术室护理质量评分。结果:实验组手术室患者经护理后住不良事件发生概率显著低于对照组,手术室护理人员护理文书评分、五常法评分、消毒隔离评分、教学评分、管理质量检查评分、总体质量评分显著高于对照组,P<0.05,统计学具有组间数据计算研究意义。结论:将质量控制小组管理模式应用在手术室护理管理中存在显著作用,值得临床广泛推广应用。
Objective:To study the clinical application value and application effect of quality control group management mode in operating room nursing management.Methods:Data from the control group From January 2016 to January2017,50 patients in the operating room under the quality control group management mode and 10 nursing staff were not in the hospital.The experimental data source was from January 2017 to 2018.During the month,50 cases of operating room patients and 10 nursing staff under the quality control group management mode were conducted in this hospital.The probability of adverse events and the quality of operating room care were compared and analyzed in the control group and the experimental group.Results:The incidence of adverse events in the operating room of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group.The nursing staff scores in the operating room,the five-normal method score,the disinfection isolation score,the teaching score,the management quality check score,and the overall quality score were significantly higher.In the control group,P<0.05,statistics had the significance of inter-group data calculation.Conclusion:The application of quality control group management mode in operating room nursing management has a significant effect,which is worthy of widespread application in clinical practice.
