摘要
目的研究己酮可可碱缓释片联合左卡尼汀口服液在治疗男性少弱畸形精子症(OATS)的临床疗效。方法选取我院生殖中心门诊2015年9月至2018年10月收治的OATS患者59例作为本课题研究对象,针对患者实施己酮可可碱缓释片联合左卡尼汀口服液治疗,收集患者治疗前后的精液常规结果进行对比分析,分析两种药物联合治疗OATS患者的临床疗效。结果59例OATS患者经己酮可可碱缓释片联合左卡尼汀口服液治疗后患者的前向运动精子百分率、正常形态、前向运动精子总数及存活率都较治疗前明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论己酮可可碱缓释片联合左卡尼汀口服液可以显著改善OATS患者精子正常形态、存活率、前向运动精子百分率,增加前向运动精子总数,提高男性患者的生育能力。
Objective To analyze the curative effect of diketotheobromine sustained-release tablet combined with levocarnitine oral liquid in the treatment of male oligodystrophospermia.Methods From September 2015 to October 2018,59 patients with OATS in our hospital were studied.The topic for patients to implement hexanone theobromine zyban combined l-carnitine oral liquid treatment,comparing with the results collected before and after treatment in patients with semen routine analysis,analysis of the two drugs combination therapy the clinical curative effect of patients with OATS.Result After treatment with hexanone theobromine sustained-release tablets combined with l-carnitine oral liquid,the percentage of forward motility sperm,normal shape,total number of forward motility sperm and survival rate of 59 patients with OATS were significantly improved compared with that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions From September 2015 to October 2018,59 patients with OATS in our hospital were studied and combined with hexanone theobromine sustain-release tablets and levocarnitine oral liquid for combined treatment.Statistical differences of semen parameters before and after treatment were analyzed.
