摘要
目的调查新生儿疾病筛查血片不合格情况,为今后提高筛查质量控制提供参考。方法对2016~2019年内蒙古自治区7个市级医院及其下属的13个县级单位送检的不合格血片进行回顾性分析。结果2016~2019年不合格血片2957例不合格率4.94%。其中2017年血片不合格率最高(9.5%),2019年最低(1.4%),近3年不合格率呈下降趋势。县级医院血片不合格率(5.9%),要高于市级医院(4.6%)。血片不合格原因主要为血斑太小未达到8 mm(38.1%),血斑重叠(26.6%),血斑渗透不均(21.8%)。结论内蒙古地区新生儿疾病筛查血片不合格主要原因为血滴太小、标本血斑重叠、渗透不均等。血片不合格率近三年总体呈下降趋势,近1年不合格率显著降低。
Objective To investigate the unqualified quality of neonatal disease screening blood tablets in Inner Mongolia and provide reference for improving the quality control of screening in the future.Methods Retrospective analysis was conducted on the unqualified blood tablets sent by 7 municipal hospitals,including Inner Mongolia 13 subordinate county-level units from 2016 to 2019.Results From 2016 to 2019,there were 2957 cases of unqualified blood tablets,and the unqualified rate was 4.94%.Among them,the unqualified rate of blood tablets was the highest(9.5%)in 2017,and the lowest(1.4%)in 2019.The unqualified rate showed a downward trend in the past three years.The unqualified rate of blood tablets in county-level hospitals(5.9%)was higher than that in city-level hospitals(4.6%).The main reasons for the unqualified blood tablets were that the blood spots were too small and did not reach 8 mm(38.1%),the blood spots were overlapped(26.6%),and the blood spots were uneven in penetration(21.8%).Conclusion The main causes of unqualified neonatal disease screening blood tablets in Inner Mongolia are small blood droplets,overlapping blood spots and unequal penetration.The unqualified rate of blood tablets decreased in recent three years,and decreased significantly in recent one year.
