摘要
自2000年首届中非合作论坛以来,中非农业合作获得了长足的进步。呈现出农业议题的重要性日渐突出,合作内容由务虚转向务实,合作方向由单向援助转向双向共赢等特点。中国对非洲的农业合作,取得了不少成效,力度不断加强,并有了新的载体和新的动力。展望未来中非农业合作,机制化水平将继续提高,基础性建设将继续夯实,互动性参与将继续加强。
Since the first Forum on China-Africa Cooperation(FOCAC) in 2000, China-Africa agricultural cooperation has made great progress. The importance of agricultural issues is becoming increasingly prominent. The content of cooperation has shifted from virtual to practical, and the direction of cooperation has changed from one-way development aid to two-way mutually win-win situation. China’s agricultural cooperation with Africa has made a lot of achievements, strengthened continuously, and gained new carriers and new impetus. The future of China-Africa agricultural cooperation is promising in that the level of institutionalization will continue to improve, the basic construction will continue to be consolidated, and the interactive participation will continue to be strengthened.
