摘要
目前,山东省大力推行土地适度规模经营,农业生产的集约化、规模化和机械化水平显著提升,装备结构持续优化,合作态势高涨。围绕如何更好地推进山东地区农业规模化生产,深入山东部分农民专业合作社进行了调研,发现存在部分区域机械化发展水平不平衡和不充分、专业人才供给不足以及农业发展环境差等问题。通过深入分析山东农业规模化生产的现状和问题,从推动薄弱环节和薄弱产业机械化、优化规模经营组织发展环境以及规范规模经营组织内部治理等方面提出了针对性建议,以促进山东省农业规模化生产。
At present,moderate scale operation of land was vigorously promoted,intensive,large-scale and mechanized level of agricultural production had been significantly improved,the equipment structure had been continuously optimized,and the cooperation situation had been rising in Shandong.Focusing on how to better promote large-scale agricultural production in Shandong,a survey in some farmers’professional cooperatives in Shandong was conducted.It was found that there were some problems in the regional level of mechanization development,such as imbalance,insufficient supply,insufficient supply of professional talents,and poor agricultural development environment.Through in-depth analysis of current situation and problems of large-scale agricultural production in Shandong province,some specific suggestions from aspects of promoting mechanization of weak links and weak industries,optimizing development environment of large-scale operation organizations,and standardizing internal governance of large-scale operation organizations were put forward,so as to promote large-scale agricultural production in Shandong province.
