摘要
发展农机社会化服务,能有效推动农业规范化、标准化、集约化。分析辽宁农机社会化服务发展现状,剖析农机社会化服务面临的主要问题,从创新农机社会化发展机制体制、推动参与主体融合互利发展、提升从业人员技术水平等4个方面,提出促进辽宁农机社会化服务发展的建议。
The development of agricultural machinery social services can effectively promote the standardization,standardization and intensification of agriculture.This paper analyzes the development status of agricultural machinery socialization service in Liaoning Province,analyzes the main problems faced by agricultural machinery socialization service,and puts forward suggestions on promoting the development of agricultural machinery socialization service in Liaoning province from four aspects such as innovating the mechanism and system of agricultural machinery socialization development,promoting the integration and mutually beneficial development of participants,and improving the technical level of employees.
