摘要
陈小忆主任为广东省名中医,治疗绝经期综合征经验丰富。陈主任认为,绝经期综合征的病理基础可分为肾阴亏虚、肝郁血滞、阳气不足,治法应着重于益肾养阴、引火归元、肝肾同治,以及温补阳气、行气解郁;方药选用加减二仙汤等。临床上依照此法辨证治疗该病确见成效。
Chief physician Chen Xiao-yi has rich clinical experience in the treatment of menopausal syndrome.She considers that the main pathogenesis of menopausal syndrome are deficiency of kidney yin,stagnation of liver qi,and deficiency of yang qi.The main treating principles are tonifying kidney yin,relieving liver qi,returning fire,and reinforcing yang qi.Prescriptions such as Erxian decoction plus-minus prescriptions are often chosen and have obtained good treatment results.
