摘要
目的:为丹参川芎嗪注射液的临床合理配伍及应用提供参考。方法:检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普期刊数据库建库至2020年9月丹参川芎嗪注射液配伍的相关文献,并归类分析。结果:丹参川芎嗪注射液与痰热清注射液、硫辛酸注射液、注射用兰索拉唑钠等存在配伍禁忌;丹参川芎嗪注射液与0.9%氯化钠注射液、5%葡萄糖注射液等配伍后性质稳定。结论:丹参川芎嗪注射液与多种药物存在配伍禁忌,溶剂选择不当会影响配伍稳定性,忌与碱性注射液一起配伍使用。
Objective:To provide a reference for the reasonable clinical compatibility and application of Danshen Ligustrazine Injection.Methods:Search the Chinese National Knowledge Base,Wanfang Database,and Weipu Periodicals database for related literature on the compatibility of Danshen and Ligustrazine Injection until September 2020,and classify and analyze them.Results:Danshen ligustrazine injection and Tanreqing injection,lipoic acid injection,lansoprazole sodium for injection,etc.have compatibility contraindications;Danshen ligustrazine injection and 0.9%sodium chloride injection,5%glucose injection,etc.Stable properties after compatibility.Conclusion:Danshen ligustrazine injection has contraindicated to a variety of drugs;improper choice of solvent will affect the compatibility of stability;avoid using it in combination with alkaline injection.
