摘要
目的:观察五虫通络胶囊对中风病(脑梗死)二级预防的临床疗效,为进一步降低中风病复发率寻求方法。方法:选取100例诊断为中风病,证型符合痰瘀阻络兼有气虚诊断标准的患者,随机分为治疗组与对照组各50例,治疗组以补气活血、化痰逐瘀法进行干预,服用本院自制的五虫通络胶囊3个月以及阿司匹林+阿托伐他汀6个月,对照组仅服用阿司匹林+阿托伐他汀6个月,两组均观察半年,观察以下指标:①复发率;②中风病评分;③神经功能缺损评分。结果:治疗组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组在中风病疗效以及神经功能缺损改善方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:五虫通络胶囊能有效降低中风病复发率,同时改善临床症状,对于中风病二级预防切实有效。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Wuchu Tongluo capsule on secondary prevention of apoplexy(cerebral infarction),and to find a way to further reduce the recurrence rate of apoplexy.Methods:Select 100 cases diagnosed as apoplexy,qi deficiency syn-drome types accord with phlegm and blood stasis resistance winding with patients with diagnostic criteria,each 50 cases randomly divided into experimental group and control group,experimental group to make up for invigorating qi,phlegm and blood stasis method to intervene and to take our homemade Wuchug Tongluo Capsule for 3 months,and aspirin+atorvastatin for six months,the control group only take aspirin+atorvastatin 6 months,Both groups were observed for half a year,and the following indexes were observed:recurrence rate of silt;Apoplexy score;Pelvic nerve function defect score.Results:The recurrence rate in treatment group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group in the effect of apoplexy and the improvement of nerve function defect(P<0.05).Conclusion:Wuchu Tongluo capsule can effectively reduce the recurrence rate of apoplexy and improve the clinical symp-toms,which is effective for the secondary prevention of apoplexy.
