摘要
目的:探讨加味生化汤加减治疗产后恶露不绝的临床疗效及影响因素。方法:回顾性分析加味生化汤加减治疗产褥期结束后仍恶露不绝的80例产妇的资料,分析临床疗效。结果:(1)加味生化汤加减治疗产后恶露不绝治愈率51.25%(41/80),显效率36.25%(29/80)、有效率10.00%(8/80)、无效率2.50%(2/80),总有效率97.50%(78/80)。(2)剖宫产、B超提示宫内高回声及非首次妊娠均对加味生化汤治疗产后恶露不绝疗效有影响。结论:加味生化汤加减治疗产后恶露不绝有很好的临床疗效,但临床应用中需结合情况并借助辅助检查结果制订个体化治疗方案。
Objective:To investigate the efficacy and influencing factors of Jiawei Xianghua decoction in the treatment of postpartum lochia.Methods:Retrospective analysis of the data and clinical efficacy of 80 puerpera with lochia after puerperium treated with Jiawei Xianghua decoction.Results:(1)The cure rate was 51.25%(41/80),the obvious efficiency was 36.25%(29/80),the effective rate was10.00%(8/80),the inefficiency was 2.50%(2/80),the total effective rate was 97.50%(78/80).(2)In cesarean section,B ultrasound indicated intrauterine hyperechogenicity and non-first pregnancy all have influence on the efficacy of Jiawei Xianghua decoction in the treatment of postpartum lochia.Conclusion:Jiawei Xianghua Decoction has a good clinical effect in the treatment of postpartum lochia with syndrome addition and subtraction,but in clinical application,it is necessary to formulate an individual treatment plan with the help of auxiliary examination results.
