摘要
泻心汤类方出自《伤寒杂病论》,是以半夏泻心汤为主的一系列经方,具有辛开苦降、调和脾胃之效,对于妊娠剧吐具有较好的疗效。本文主要针对中医对妊娠剧吐的认识以及半夏泻心汤、生姜泻心汤和甘草泻心汤在妊娠剧吐治疗中的应用进行浅析,为临床提供参考。
Xiexin decoction,derived from Treatise on Typhoid and Miscellaneous Diseases,is a series of herbal prescriptions based on Ban xia Xiexin Decoction.It has the effect of opening bitterness and lowering bitterness,harmonizing spleen and stomach,and has a good effect on hyperemesis gravidarum.This paper mainly analyzes the understanding of traditional Chinese medicine on hyperemesis gravidarum and the application of Banxia Xiexin decoction,ginger Xiexin decoction and licorice Xiexin decoction in the treatment of hyperemesis gravidarum,so as to provide reference for clinical practice.
