摘要
目的:探讨血府逐瘀汤联合糊剂卧位服药法治疗血瘀型吐酸病的临床疗效。方法:收集于迁安市中医医院就诊的血瘀型吐酸病患者60例,随机分为观察组与对照组,各30例。对照组予以多潘立酮片+奥美拉唑肠溶片口服治疗;观察组予以血府逐瘀汤联合糊剂卧位服药法治疗。2周为1个疗程,两组均治疗4个疗程。对比两组证候疗效及胃镜下疗效。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率为90.00%(27/30),对照组为80.00%(24/30),观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组胃镜下等级较治疗前改善,且优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前中医证候评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组中医证候评分较治疗前降低(P<0.05),对照组中医证候积分较前无明显改善(P>0.05)。结论:血府逐瘀汤联合糊剂卧位服药法治疗血瘀型吐酸病,疗效显著,值得临床推广。
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction combined with paste in the treatment of acidosis of blood stasis type.Methods:A total of 60 patients with vomiting acid disease of blood stasis type in Qian’an traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were randomly divided into observation group(n=30)and control group(n=30).The control group was treated with domperidone tablets and omeprazole enteric-coated tablets,and the observation group was treated with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction combined with paste in recumbent position.2 weeks was a course of treatment,and both groups were treated for 4 courses.The curative effects of syndrome and gas-troscopy were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 90.00%(27/30),while that of the control group was 80.00%(24/30).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the gastroscopic grade of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in TCM syndrome score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the score of TCM syndrome in the observation group was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),while the score of TCM syndrome in the control group was not significantly improved(P>0.05).Conclusion:Xuefuzhuyu decoction combined with paste in recumbent position is effective in the treatment of acidosis of blood stasis type,which is worth popularizing in clinic.
