摘要
目的:探讨运动状态下针刺特效穴配合冲击波治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法:随机选取我院门诊、住院及会诊肩周炎患者120例,分为治疗组和对照组,运用随机数表法分为两组,每组60例。对照组采用常规针刺配合推拿治疗;治疗组采用运动状态下针刺阳陵泉、条口穴、二间穴、申脉穴、后溪穴配合冲击波治疗,两组均治疗2个疗程后对比临床疗效。结果:对照组治愈25例、显效14例、好转12例、无效9例,总有效率为85.0%(51/60);治疗组治愈33例、显效18例、好转5例、无效4例,总有效率为93.3%(56/60)。两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:运动状态下针刺特效穴配合冲击波治疗肩周炎能明显缓解疼痛,改善肩部活动功能障碍,临床疗效确切,近期及远期疗效优于常规针刺配合推拿治疗。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture at specific points combined with shock wave in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis.Method:A total of 120 patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis were randomly selected.The patients were divided into treatment group and control group,and the patients were allocated 1:1 by random number table method.There were 60 patients in each group.The control group was treated with routine acupuncture combined with massage;The treatment group was treated with acupuncture at Yanglingquan,Tiaokou,Erjian,Shenmai and Houxi under the condition of exercise combined with shock wave,The clinical effects of the two groups were compared after two courses of treatment.Result:In the control group of 60 patients,25 cases were cured,14 cases were markedly effective,12 cases were improved and 9 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 85.0%(51/60).In the treatment group of 60 patients,33 cases were cured,18 cases were markedly effective,5 cases were improved and 4 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 93.3%(56/60).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Under the condition of exercise,acupuncture at specific points combined with shock wave therapy in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis can significantly alleviate patients'pain and improve patients'shoulder activity dysfunction.The clinical curative effect is accurate.The short-term and long-term curative effect is better than that of conventional acupuncture combined with massage,which has a high clinical application value.
