摘要
传统的雷达阵面馈电网络采用转接器、电缆组件等实现多模块互连,阵面电缆繁多、空间需求大,无法满足天线阵面高集成、轻薄化等要求。文中提出了一种高集成、小型化、高可靠的K波段综合馈电网络设计方法。该网络将微波网络、电源分配网络、波控信号分配网络进行一体化设计。采用微波板、环氧板混压技术实现综合网络制作。利用垂直互连、埋阻、反钻等技术实现了多种信号的板内互连,提高了馈电网络的集成度。通过协同仿真技术对微波信号和数字信号的传输性能进行了分析,最后实测结果表明该方法满足工程需求。
The traditional radar array feed network uses adapter,cable assembly and so on to realize multi-module interconnection.There are many array cables and large space demand,which cannot meet the requirements of antenna array high integration,lightweight and so on.In this paper,a high integration,miniaturization and high reliability design method for K-band synthesis network is presented.The system includes microwave network,power supply network and wave control signal distribution.The technology of microwave plate and epoxy plate is adopted to realize the synthesis network.Vertical interconnection,buried resistance,reverse drilling and other technologies are used to realize in-board interconnection of various signals,which improves the integration degree of feed network.The transmission performance of microwave signal and digital signal is analyzed by co-simulation mode.The measured results show that the method can meet the engineering requirements.
