摘要
目前输尿管结石治疗方法较多,而输尿管狭窄是输尿管结石术后最严重的并发症之一,长期的上尿路梗阻积水容易继发感染及肾功能损害,甚至导致肾切除;输尿管狭窄诊治周期长、预后不佳,给患者带来严重的心理和经济负担。本文通过综述输尿管结石术后输尿管狭窄的影响因素,为临床诊治提供参考。
Currently there are many treatment methods for ureteral calculus,and ureteral stricture is one of the most serious complications after ureteral calculus surgery.Long-term obstruction of the upper urinary tract is prone to secondary infection and renal damage,even leading to nephrectomy.The diagnosis and treatment cycle of ureteral stricture is long and the prognosis is poor,which brings serious psychological and economic burden to patients.This article reviews the influencing factors of ureteral stricture after ureteral calculus surgery and provides references for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
