摘要
大数据时代背景下,人工智能作为一种新兴科学技术已被广泛应用于各个领域,并发挥着重要作用。本文以地方高校养老服务人才培养模式分析为例,将人工智能技术赋能教学,更好地结合当代科技力量、大数据分析技术,主动对接区域养老事业的发展需求。教学模式的改进可以解决养老服务人才短缺问题,精准育人实现养老市场有效对接,推进区域养老人力资源供给侧结构性改革,提升涉老领域人才职业化水平,进而推动就业和再就业工作,为养老服务业健康快速发展提供决策支持。
In the era of big data,artificial intelligence,as an emerging technology,has been widely used in various fields and plays an important role.This paper takes the local universities’endowment service talents training mode as an analysis example,puts artificial intelligence technology into teaching,which is connected with the development demand of the endowment area by modern technique and big data.The shortage of endowment service talents could be solved by improving teaching mode,which can also effectively dock the endowment market,promote regional endowment human resources supply-side structural reform,comprehensively enhance the level of specialization and professionalization of endowment service talents,promote the employment and re-employment,an provide decision-making support for the healthy and rapid development of the endowment service industry.
